The Emerson Group was established in 1995 by Lee Emerson Combs to provide commercial real estate brokerage and development services. The firm grew out of Mr. Combs’ prior decade of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser where he earned the prestigious MAI designation and ultimately rose to the position of President of the Austin Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. A degree in Finance and Real Estate from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, along with a wide and varied career in real estate valuation, has laid the foundation for the extensive base of knowledge that The Emerson Group brings to all of its relationships. With 25 years in the business, serving clients in commercial real estate is not a passing fancy: it’s who we are and who we plan to be for the next 25 years.
